Talent Acquisition and Experience Manager
Reporting to the Head of Talent Experience, the Talent Acquisition and Experience Manager will be accountable for talent attraction, selection, onboarding, learning and development and career experiences while also assisting the Head of Talent Experience in performance management, payroll management, employee relations and other HR related projects and challenges.
He/ She is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our candidates and talents (our employees), focusing on each touchpoint in their journey, with love and thoughtfulness. This implies embedding some marketing tools and practices in Human Resources Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach the recruitment and selection function from a business solution perspective
- Be creative and authentic while connecting with potential candidates through different communication channels, including social media
- Use digital tools to be more efficient and focus on service excellence
- Pay special attention to the hiring process and experience through structured and systematic support from selection to onboarding and confirmation of our talents
- Be on the floor to accompany our talents, while listening to and understanding their requirements and expectations
- Be a partner to our Head of Departments, assisting them in fostering employee motivation and engagement
- Be proactive and innovative, making recommendations to Higher Management with a view to enhancing the talent experience
- Ensure talent development by making the learning and development journey an enjoyable one
- Through genuine love and care for our talents, make them feel part of our family
- Actively lead and participate in HR projects
- Assist the Head of Talent Experience in managing the business priorities

REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree in Human Resources or Marketing or any other related field with at least 5 years’ experience at a Senior Officer level
- Leadership skills, Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Multi-tasked
- Problem solving skills
