REQUIREMENTS:

• Holder of a Diploma or BSc in Food Science or Management.
• Food Safety background, with experience in Hotel or Food Production environment.
• Should be fluent in English and French.
• Proven track record in driving customer excellence and quality improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Lead training programs for employees to reinforce food safety standards and quality practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Salary and conditions of employment will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
