Maintenance Manager

Ile aux Cerf's, a chic and vibrant island and golf club, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and equipment. He will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and productivity across all maintenance operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Train and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain records of equipment repairs, work orders and scheduled inspections.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems; knowledge of CMMS software a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred (egg HVAC, Electrical, OSHA).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
